Scroll: idea to paid app

How it works: idea to paid app, in eight beats

  1. Stop guessing. Start knowing.

Ideate with the App Tree. Pick a space and a canopy of the real apps in it grows into one trunk: ideation grounded in the market as it is, not a brainstorm.

  2. See who's winning.

A burst of apps settles into the winners: the apps already making real money in that space, with their revenue, what they charge and their hero feature.

  3. Find the gap. Pick the one.

The gap the winners leave open turns into ideas, each with a hero feature, a price and a grounded verdict. Pick one and press "⚡ Build it". Have your own? "I have an idea" checks it against the same data, and the Idea Lab shapes it before you build.

  4. Say it. Watch it get built.

The idea flows into the mobile and web app builder. Agents write the app and check their own work while the phone fills in, screen by screen. Start from 20 mobile looks (10 of them 2D animated), give your app its own character in Character Studio, add a real backend and preview it on your phone.

  5. Built.

The app is done and playable. Ship it to the App Store and Google Play in 8 steps under your own developer accounts, with a 44-item launch checklist that ticks itself, or take the code to Claude Code or Codex.

  6. Make the stuff that sells it.

The content formats, made from your app: Yap videos, Faceless Bangers, Carousels, Reaction videos and Memes.

  7. Schedule it. Post everywhere.

Every piece drops into the scheduler and posts to your own Instagram and TikTok.

  8. Then get paid. Watch it land.

Users stream in, 1, 2, 10, 100. Payments arrive across Whop, Apple in-app purchase, Google Play Billing and Stripe through Launchpad Pay, one API, and MRR, trials and subscribers roll up in its revenue dashboard.

What is BuilderCult Launchpad?

The whole run from idea to paid app in one place: find and validate the idea, build the mobile or web app, ship it to the App Store and Google Play, take payments, and make the content that gets it seen.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what you want, and Launchpad does the building and checks its own work. If you do code, take the project home to Claude Code or Codex whenever you like.

Who owns the app?

You do. It ships under your own App Store and Google Play developer accounts, payments land in your accounts, and the code is yours to export.

iPhone, Android or web?

All three. For the stores you need your own developer accounts: Apple charges $99 a year, Google a one-time $25. Launchpad walks you through both, step by step, with a checklist that ticks itself.

How do payments work?

Launchpad Pay puts Whop, Apple in-app purchase, Google Play Billing and Stripe behind one API and one dashboard, so trials, restores and cancels behave the same everywhere.

What does it cost?

Joining the early-access list costs nothing. Pricing is announced on launch day, Oct 12, and you'll always see what an action costs before you spend.
